Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records. Pursuant to 45 CFR 2 all project patients’ records are confidential and may be disclosed and used only in accordance with 42 CFR 2. The Subrecipient is responsible for assuring compliance with these regulations and principles including responsibility for assuring the security and confidentiality of all electronically transmitted patient material.
