Common use of Confidentiality of Committee Records Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Committee Records. The Parties agree that the records and proceedings of the committees referred to in this Article are subject to the immunities and privileges required by the laws of the State. The Parties shall conduct all of their activities with respect to this Agreement, and specifically with respect to the proceedings and records of the committees referred to in this Article, to affirm and ensure the applicability of such laws to their activities.
