Xxxxxx does not wish to receive any confidential information of Customer in the course of providing maintenance services, and Customer is expected to take all reasonable precautions to avoid disclosing any of its confidential information or that of its customers, employees or clients (“Confidential Information”) to Alaris and its employees or contractors.
