Common use of CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA. A. All financial, statistical, personal, technical, or other data and information relative to the DISTRICT’s operations, which are designated confidential by the DISTRICT and made available to the CONSULTANT in order to carry out this Contract, shall be protected by the CONSULTANT from unauthorized use and disclosure, and shall not be made available to any individual or organization by the CONSULTANT without the prior written approval of the DISTRICT. B. Permission to disclose information on one occasion, or public hearing held by the DISTRICT relating to this Contract, shall not authorize the CONSULTANT to further disclose such information, or disseminate the same on any other occasion. C. All information related to the construction estimate is confidential, and shall not be disclosed by the CONSULTANT to any entity other than the DISTRICT.
