Common use of Confidentiality of Firm information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Firm information. The Client will treat all non-public information it holds about the Firm and its Associates as confidential, including the terms of this Agreement. The Firm agrees, however, that the Client may disclose that information to its Affiliates and, where reasonably necessary, to its agents and others who provide legal or professional advice to the Client without the Firm’s consent, and that the Client and its Affiliates may disclose that information without the Firm’s consent to any party where the Client is required to do so by Applicable Regulations or to any regulator or government agency upon request from such entity.
