Confidentiality of Hospital/Company Materials. The parties agree Hospital/Company Material shall constitute Confidential Information (as defined below in Section 5(a)(1)), and in the case of Hospital, to use such Material for research purposes only and in the case of Company, to use such Material for research and development purposes only.
