Confidentiality of Patent Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all information relating to filing, prosecution, maintenance, defense, infringement, and the like regarding the Patents (no matter how disclosed) is the Confidential Information of DUKE and subject to the provisions of this Article 11.
