Confidentiality of Personal Data. 8.1 The Provider shall ensure that the collection, handling and use of Data related to individuals shall be treated as confidential at all times, in particular: medical information for research shall be used in accordance with: the Medical Research Council's "Personal Information in Medical Research", January 2003; available at xxx.xxx.xx.xx; and “The NHS Confidentiality Code of Practice”, guidelines on the use and protection of patient information, November 2003; available on the Authority’s website (xxx.xx.xxx.xx).
