Confidentiality of Project IP. The parties acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Project IP is the Confidential Information of both parties for the Term and any Commercialisation Option Period; and (b) following the expiry of both the Term and any Commercialisation Option Period, the Project IP is the Confidential Information of the Owner of the IPR in the Project IP.
