Common use of Confidentiality Period Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Period. The confidentiality obligations set forth herein shall continue until the later of (i) three (3) years after the last commercial use of the Specification or DTCP by Licensor or any entity licensed to use the technology described in the Specification; and (ii) the expiration of the last copyright that protects any Commercial Entertainment Content which then exists in any country adhering to the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights of the World Trade Organization dated April 15, 1994.
