Common use of Confidentiality Requirements Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Requirements. 1. Although the nature of the implementation of this Project is public, it has been agreed that part of the information exchanged in the context of its implementation between the Project Partners themselves or with the MA, JS and the Joint Monitoring Committee, can be confidential. Only documents and other elements explicitly provided with the statement “confidential” shall be regarded as such. This, for example, concerns studies that have been made available to one of the parties in the context of the Project concerning methods, know how, files or any other type of document labelled confidential. This information can only be used by the Partners according to the provisions of this agreement. 2.
