Confidentiality Standards. Each Party will require any Business Associate to be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the confidentiality provisions of Article V of the Agreement, to the same extent as the Parties, notwithstanding that Business Associate may not be a signatory to the Agreement.
