Common use of Confidentiality Statement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Statement. Contractor agrees to ensure that all contractor personnel who assist in the administration of the Medi-Cal program and use or disclose Medi-Cal PII sign a confidentiality statement. The statement shall include at a minimum, General Use, Security and Privacy Safeguards, Unacceptable Use, and Enforcement Policies. The statement shall be signed by the Contractor and their personnel prior to access to Medi- Cal PII.
