Configuration and Implementation. (A) Any timescales quoted are estimates only and although the Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Products, Services or System in accordance with the dates and time specified, failure to comply with such shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement, and in no case shall time be considered of the essence.
Configuration and Implementation. (i) Providing for the configuration and implementation of multiple production and test database subsystems as well as related subsystems including distributed facility, stored procedures and other features as they become available (such subsystems collectively the "Database Subsystems"), each as required by MSDW.
(ii) Providing technical advice and support with respect to areas for which IBM is responsible to Applications maintenance and development personnel as may be required. Such support shall include performing operating system and database performance tuning.
(iii) Testing and implementing changes to the Database Subsystem environments.
(iv) Installing and maintaining database management systems (and upgrades to such systems).
Configuration and Implementation. For deliverables categorised as "Configuration/Implementation": Configuration settings, implementation parameters, and client-specific setup information remain the property of the Client Such configurations do not typically constitute intellectual property but rather represent specific implementations of the Platform Provider's application for Client's use Client retains full rights to use, modify, and maintain these configurations within the constraints of their licensing agreement with Platform Provider
Configuration and Implementation. Following finalisation of the Detailed Specification Documation shall in accordance with the project plan and subject to timely provision of the Client Assistance:
(i) configure and test the Software and prepare any documentation, training materials, interfaces, and other deliverables;

The WKFS Deliverables are designed to operate only in the software and hardware configurations identified on WKFS’ support line, currently ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, as they may be revised from time to time. WKFS’ support line is available to Customer personnel only. Customer will provide and maintain, at its own expense, all equipment, computer software, peripheral access devices, communication lines, internet access, telecom equipment and print and display devices required to access and/or use the WKFS Deliverables. WKFS shall have no obligation to maintain the software of others, including network software and/or interfaces.
