Confirmation Before Agreement. In footnote 2 in Exhibit I, the reference to "the ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border)" is replaced by a reference to "the ISDA 2002 Master Agreement" and the reference to "and [specify currency] as the Termination Currency" is deleted. When incorporated into any Confirmation or otherwise used in connection with a 2002 Master, the terms of the 1997 Bullion Definitions are deemed to be amended as follows:
