Common use of Confirmation of Authenticity Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Authenticity. The date of the initial mailing of the Notice Packet, and the date the signed request to be excluded is postmarked, shall be conclusively determined according to the records of the Settlement Administrator. If there is a question about the authenticity of a signed request for exclusion, the Settlement Administrator may demand additional proof of the Class Member’s identity.
