Common use of CONFIRMATION OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

CONFIRMATION OF CONTRACT. The student (and parent or guardian if the student is under 18) must sign and submit this Contract without alteration. This Contract has not been accepted by the University nor does the student have permission to reside in university housing until they have been provided a confirmation of housing and dining services and/or a notification of room assignment.
