Common use of Confirmation of renewal Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of renewal. The Insurances shall be renewed upon their expiry in a manner and on terms which comply with this clause 23 and confirmation of such renewal given by approved brokers or insurers to the Agent at least seven days (or such shorter period as may be approved) before such expiry.
