Confirmation of Service of Notices. Within 21 days of each Payment Date, the Servicer shall confirm to the Issuer and the Security Trustee that the notices required to be delivered pursuant to paragraph 2.20 (Notice of Breach) have been duly delivered and acknowledged or dealt with and promptly after delivering or (as the case may be) receiving the same, the Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer and the Security Trustee a certified copy of each notice delivered and each acknowledgement received by it following its compliance with such obligations.
