Common use of Confirmatory Testing Laboratory Clause in Contracts

Confirmatory Testing Laboratory. The confirmatory testing laboratory shall be a SAMHSA laboratory, which complies with the scientific and technical guidelines for federal drug testing programs and the standards for certification of laboratories engaged in urine drug testing for federal agencies issued by the alcohol, drug abuse and mental health administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The CITY and the IAFF Local No. 1348 agree that the Pathologists Associated Medical Laboratories and the Health South Medical Clinics have contracted with such laboratories. The parties hereto may mutually agree from time to time to other SAMHSA laboratories as a confirmatory testing laboratory.

Health South Medical Clinics Occupational Services have contracted with such SAMSHA certified laboratories. The parties hereto may mutually agree from time to time to other SAMHSA NIDA laboratories as a confirmatory testing laboratory.
