CONFLICT BETWEEN RULES AND REGULATIONS AND LEASE. In the event of any conflict between the Lease and these rules and regulations, the terms of the Lease shall control. EXHIBIT A TO CONSTRUCTION RULES AND REGULATIONS INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS When Tenant Work is to be done by Contractors in the Building, the Tenant authorizing such work shall be responsible for including in the contract for such work the following insurance and indemnity requirements to the extent that they are applicable. Insurance certificates must be received prior to construction. Landlord shall be named as an additional insured party on all certificates.
