USE OF ELEVATORS. Lessee does not have a right to continuous service in case of malfunction. The elevators are not staffed. Any malfunction must be reported immediately to Lessor or the person designated by it for the purpose.
USE OF ELEVATORS. On all buildings in which elevator service is provided for any other trade, such service shall be made available to all Bargaining Unit members.
