Common use of Conflict of Interest/Ethical Issues Clause in Contracts

Conflict of Interest/Ethical Issues. The Operator covenants and agrees to comply with all requirements of the Health Professions Act and all regulations thereunder, including but not limited to any conflict of interest and ethical requirements which may in any way relate to the Services performed at the Facility. The Operator further covenants and agrees to promptly report to the Region any circumstance of which it becomes aware, with respect to an existing or potential breach of the conflict of interest or ethical requirements of the Health Professions Act and all regulations thereunder, on the part of any Health Care Professional in relation to Services performed at the Facility.
