Common use of Conflict of Law Clause in Contracts

Conflict of Law. 1.021 If any provisions of this Agreement, or any application of the provisions of this Agreement, or any agreement reached under its terms, conflicts with any federal or state law, regulation, ruling or order, now or hereafter enacted or issued (except as specifically set forth in Section 4117.10(A) of the Ohio Revised Code), such provisions, applications or agreements shall be inoperative but the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in effect.
