FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. Crunch facilities, equipment, services, classes, days and hours of operation are subject to change at Crunch’s sole discretion. As a result of repairs, maintenance, or special occasions, Crunch may be required to restrict the use of the facilities, equipment, limit services or cancel one or more classes. Member agrees that there will be no reduction or refund of membership fees for such reasons. In case of long-term interruption of all services at Crunch (i.e. fire or other disaster), Crunch reserves the right to freeze memberships and add the lost time once services resume. All Crunch members must pay for any and all damages done to equipment, facilities, etc. and members will be held responsible to pay for any damages their guests may cause as well.

FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. 1. The College will provide dedicated work space for each staff member, including furniture, equipment, and technology (e.g. office software, hardware, email account, internet access) appropriate to their role, as determined by the College. The dedicated work space will provide privacy appropriate to the employee’s role and responsibilities. By "dedicated work space", the parties mean space to which the employee is entitled to return from work day to work day and that incorporates locked or otherwise secure space (drawer, desk, cabinet, or the equivalent) for personal effects and confidential work product.

Assignments of Agreements No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.
