CONFLICT; TERMS. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Lease and those of this Exhibit B ("Work Letter"), the provisions of this Work Letter will control. Except for those terms expressly defined in this Work Letter, all initially capitalized terms will have the meanings stated for such terms in the Lease. The following terms, which are not defined in the Lease, have the meanings indicated:

  • Conflict of Terms Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents by specific reference to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, if any provision contained in this Agreement conflicts with any provision in any of the other Loan Documents, the provision contained in this Agreement shall govern and control.

  • Conflict Waiver The Pledgor hereby acknowledges that the Escrow Agent is general counsel to the Pledgee, a partner in the general partner of the Pledgee, and counsel to the Pledgee in connection with the transactions contemplated and referred herein.   • Conflict Provision This Intellectual Property Security Agreement has been entered into in conjunction with the provisions of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and the Credit Agreement. The rights and remedies of each party hereto with respect to the security interest granted herein are without prejudice to, and are in addition to those set forth in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and the Credit Agreement, all terms and provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference.
