Conflict with. Article 10. In the event of any conflict between Article 10 and this Article 8 with respect to indemnification for Taxes, this Article 8 shall control. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of Sections 8.1(a) and 8.2 are not subject to the limitations set forth in Section 10.5 hereof.
Conflict with. Trust Indenture Act. If any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with the duties imposed by operation of subsection (c) of Section 318 of the Trust Indenture Act, the imposed duties shall control. Section 108.
Conflict with. ARTICLE 2. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Article 1 and Article 2 below, the provisions of Article 2 shall govern. ARTICLE 2
Conflict with articles If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Articles, the Shareholders agree that, as between themselves and for so long as this Agreement remains in force but not so as to amend the Articles, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and the Shareholders shall exercise all voting and other rights and powers available to them to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
Conflict with. In the event that there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any regulation made by the Employer. the contents of this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulation. For the purposes of this Agreement, the plural indicate the singular and vice versa as the context may require.
Conflict with. In the event there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any regulation made by the Employer, the contents of this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulation.
