Covenant to Perform. Each party as the Chargor covenants with the other party that it will perform the Obligations in the manner provided in the Agreement, this Deed or any other relevant agreement.
Covenant to Perform. 3.01 North agrees and covenants to perform his work and services diligently and use his best efforts to faithfully comply with all of the assignments duly made to him on behalf of the Company by Xxxxxx.

Covenant to Perform. Whenever default has been made by Contractor in the performance of its obligations Ormat Industries will forthwith perform such obligations notwithstanding that demand to perform such obligations may not have been made by Owner or steps taken against Contractor to enforce such obligations.
