Conflict with Loan Agreement. This Deed shall be read together with the Loan Agreement but in case of any conflict between the two instruments, the provisions of the Loan Agreement shall prevail.

This Security Agreement has been executed by Xxxxxx and Secured Party as of the date first written above.
Conflict with Loan Agreement. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Loan Agreement, the terms of the Loan Agreement shall govern to the extent necessary to remove the conflict or inconsistency.
