Conflict with Loan Agreement. This Deed shall be read together with the Loan Agreement but in case of any conflict between the two instruments, the provisions of the Loan Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Loan Agreement. To the extent any provision hereof shall be in conflict with or inconsistent with any provision of the Loan Agreement, the provision of the Loan Agreement shall control.
