Common use of CONFLICT WITH STATUTE Clause in Contracts

CONFLICT WITH STATUTE. If any article in this agreement shall be found to be in conflict with any statute, such article shall be deemed null and void. However, such article shall be separable from the remainder of this agreement, and all other articles herein shall continue in full force and effect. The parties to this agreement shall negotiate a replacement for the article rendered null and void.
