Common use of Conflicting Contract Provisions Clause in Contracts

Conflicting Contract Provisions. In the event that there is a conflict between language contained in the provisions of this Contract, the Contract shall be interpreted as follows: (i) the Method of Selection Resolution shall control over any other conflicting language in the Contract; (ii) the Authorizing Resolution shall control over any other conflicting language in the Contract with the exception of language in the Method of Selection Resolution; (iii) the Terms and Conditions shall control over any other conflicting language in the Contract with the exception of language in the Method of Selection Resolution and the Authorizing Resolution; and (iv) the Restated Articles of Incorporation shall control over any other conflicting language in the Contract with the exception of language in the Method of Selection Resolution, Authorizing Resolution and these Terms and Conditions.
