Common use of Conflicting Employment Clause in Contracts

Conflicting Employment. Executive shall not, during the Term, engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the Defined Business, nor will Executive engage in any other activities that conflict with his obligations to the Company.
