Common use of CONFLICTING EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

CONFLICTING EMPLOYMENT. Subject to the forgoing, Employee agrees that, during the term of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee will not engage in any other employment, occupation or consulting directly related to the Company’s business, nor will Employee engage in any other activities that conflict with Employee’s obligations to the Company.

CONFLICTING EMPLOYMENT. Subject to the forgoing, Employee agrees that, during the term of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee will not engage in any other employment, occupation or consulting directly related to the Company’s business, nor will Employee engage in any other activities that conflict with Employee’s obligations to the CompanyCompany (with it being understood that activities which are expressly permitted under Employee’s employment agreement with the Employee’s employment agreement will not be deemed in conflict with such obligations).
