State Guidelines. The Board agrees to initially (through the fourth Wednesday of each semester) enroll students consistent with the State Department of Education guidelines for reimbursable vocational educational programs including the addition of aides for specific numbers of special education and/or special needs students. The recording of any such adjustments shall not be deemed to imply any misstatement of previously furnished financial statements or information and shall not be construed as concurrence of Hxxxxx United or its management with any such adjustments.
