Conflict of Interest - By entering into this Contract to perform Work, the Contractor represents that it has no direct or indirect pecuniary or proprietary interest, and that it shall not acquire any such interest, that conflicts in any manner or degree with the Work required to be performed under this Contract. The Contractor shall not employ any Person or agent having any conflict of interest. In the event that the Contractor or its agents, employees or officers hereafter acquires such a conflict of interest, it shall immediately disclose such conflict to the County. The County shall require that the Contractor take immediate action to eliminate the conflict.
