Conformance with Rules. 6.2.1 The City shall have the right to exercise the rights provided in sections “9” through “16” of the Management rights clause, in accordance with the Personnel Rules and Regulations as they exist as of May 16, 1988, and shall exercise these rights in conformance with the Personnel Rules and Regulations.
