Any provision of this Contract which, is in conflict with the laws of the State of New Jersey, or with Federal law, shall be construed and applied as if it were in full compliance with the minimum requirements of such State law or Federal law. Our failure to apply terms or conditions does not mean that We waive or give up any future rights under this Contract. This entire Contract is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
