DECLARATION OF INTENT. First Coast Technical College’s mission is to provide career, technical, & adult education to meet the changing needs of students, businesses, & the workforce. We expect that our students will attain certification and/or licensure appropriate for their field. However, there are times when students enroll in our career courses for reasons other than certification and/or employment. In that case, students must declare his or her intent to enroll for personal reasons, waiving their commitment to attain certification and/or licensure.
DECLARATION OF INTENT. This agreement is not intended as a limitation on the duties of the parties under the Medi-Cal Act, but rather as a means of clarifying those duties as they relate to the Provider/Xxxxxx in its capacity as an authorized Provider/Xxxxxx for electronic billing.
DECLARATION OF INTENT. This Lease is intended to be a simple document drafted in ordinary language. When words or expressions of a general meaning are used, the widest possible meaning is to be given to them unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
DECLARATION OF INTENT. Submitting an application for housing to the University and enrolling in a meal plan (if applicable) means that you accept the terms of this Agreement and that you fully intend to occupy a room within a University residence hall for the full term of the Agreement and abide by the term of your meal plan (if applicable), and that you have considered the financial commitments attached to living on campus for the entire term of this Agreement. DECLARATION OF INTENT. To the full extent permitted by law, it is the intent of this Article to relieve the Employer, Administrator, Investment Manager, and the Trustee from all liability for any acts or omissions of any other person and to declare the absence of liabilities of all persons referred to in this Article to the extent not imposed by law or by provisions of this Trust Agreement. Each of the following Sections, in declaring such limitation, is set forth without limiting the generality of this Section but in each case shall be subject to the provisions, limitations and policies set forth in this Section.
DECLARATION OF INTENT. The signatories of this Memorandum of Understanding declare that they consider the Agreement referred to in point 1 and this Memorandum to provide an acceptable and balanced arrangement that can be considered as safeguarding the interests of the parties. They will therefore implement the agreed measures in good faith and will not act unilaterally to undermine this arrangement without due cause.

8.1 PROVIDER TO HOLD STATE OF CALIFORNIA HARMLESS Provider agrees to hold the State of California harmless for any and all failures to perform by billing services, billing software, or other features of electronic billing which do not occur with (hard copy) paper billing. The Provider explicitly agrees that the Provider is assuming any and all risks that accompany electronic billing and that the Provider is not relying upon the evaluation, if any, that the State has made of the electronic billing system, software, or Xxxxxx the Provider is using. Furthermore, the Provider acknowledges that if the electronic billing system, software, or Xxxxxx contracted with, is or has been listed as available in Denti-Cal bulletins, that such listing was not an endorsement by the State of California, nor does it imply that the service, system, or software has met or is continuing to meet a standard of performance.

Student conduct and discipline is based on School Board rules, which adhere to Florida Law, Chapter 1006.07(2) F.S., Code of Student Conduct. Students are required to read and understand the rules and responsibilities as stated in the FCTC Student Handbook and the Dental Assisting Program Training Contract Agreement. Students who feel their rights have been denied are entitled to due process. Please refer to the Due Process and Grievance Procedure in the Student Handbook.

To the full extent permitted by law, it is the intent of this Article to relieve each fiduciary from all liability for any acts or omissions of any other fiduciary or any other person and to declare the absence of liabilities of all persons referred to in this Article to the extent not imposed by law or by provisions of this Trust Agreement. Each of the following Sections, in declaring such limitation, is set forth without limiting the generality of this Section but in each case shall be subject to the provisions, limitations and policies set forth in this Section.
DECLARATION OF INTENT. A. The parties acknowledge the objective of AUTHORITY to offer to all Air Transportation Companies desiring to serve Airport access to the Airport and to provide adequate gate positions and space in the Terminal Complex. Recognizing that physical and financial limitations may preclude timely expansion of the Terminal Complex and Terminal Aircraft Apron areas to meet the stated requests of AIRLINE and/or such other Air Transportation Companies ("Requesting Airlines") for additional facilities, AUTHORITY hereby states its intent to pursue the objective of achieving an optimum balance in the overall utilization of the Terminal Complex and Terminal Aircraft Apron areas to be achieved, if necessary, through sharing, from time to time, of gate positions and other passenger handling facilities.
B. It is the policy of AUTHORITY, to the extent practicable, to solve space problems in the following manner: first, through AUTHORITY’s leasing of unleased premises in the Terminal Complex; second, through the use of AUTHORITY-approved subleases; third, through accommodation on Preferential Use Premises; fourth, through the expansion of the Terminal Complex, unless in the opinion of AUTHORITY, physical, financial, or time limitations make expansion impractical; fifth, through the reassignment of Preferential Use Premises; and sixth, through accommodation of Exclusive Use Premises.
