Conformité pour l’importation et l’exportation. Le Client reconnaît que le Matériel du système, le Logiciel du système, les données propriétaires, le savoir-faire ou toutes autres données ou informations (ci-après les « Produits ») obtenus de la part de John Deere pourront être soumis aux xxxx relatives au contrôle de l’importation et / ou de l’exportation d’un ou plusieurs pays et que, en conséquence, leur importation, exportation, réexportation et transfert pourra être limité ou interdit. Le Client s’engage à ne pas importer, exporter, réexporter, transférer ou entraîner l’importation, l’exportation, la réexportation ou le transfert, directement ou indirectement, de tout Produit vers toute destination, entité ou personne interdite ou limitée suivant toute loi ou tout règlement, excepté s’il a obtenu l’autorisation préalable écrite de John Deere et de toute entité gouvernementale applicable, par écrit ou suivant les conditions stipulées dans les règlements applicables, après les amendements éventuels. Le Client convient qu’aucun Produit reçu de John Deere ne sera directement utilisé dans la technologie des missiles, nucléaire, chimique ou des xxxxx biologiques et que les Produits ne seront en aucune manière transférés à une partie en vue d’une telle utilisation finale. Le Client utilisera les Produits uniquement dans un pays présent sur la liste des pays disponibles sur xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.
