Conifer Name Sample Clauses

Conifer Name. Home Properties agrees that it will change the name of one of its affiliates from Conifer Realty Corporation to a name that does not include Conifer, will discontinue the d/b/a "Conifer Construction" and that it will cease using the name "Conifer" as promptly after Closing as is practicable. New Conifer acknowledges that there are various promotional and other materials currently used by Home Properties that use the "Conifer" name and agrees that so long as Home Properties ceases to actively market any of its activities under the "Conifer" name and instead makes a good faith effort to wind down its use of existing Home Properties materials, Home Properties will not be in violation of the preceding sentence.
