Connect with Teacher. Blackboard Connect with Teacher will enable your teachers to send pre-recorded telephone comments to parents of students in a designated language. We will provide support to a designated administrator (“Teacher Champion”) at your institution or entity. The Teacher Champion will in turn support the teachers using the Blackboard Connect with Teacher Product and Service.
