CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES. Between the POI and PCO, the Interconnection Customer will construct or install the following additional Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities (“CTOIF”): • Five (5) Connecting Transmission Owner and PSC approved revenue grade meters; and • Additional SCADA RTU programming for communication with the new meters.
