Connection Agreement. 6.1. The Customer has entered into a Connection Agreement with the Local Network Operator in respect of each Connection Point. Where there is no pre-existing Connection Agreement between the Customer and its Local Network Operator in relation to a specific Connection Point, the Customer agrees that by entering into this Agreement it is also entering into the National Terms of Connection with the Customer’s. The National Terms of Connection is a legal agreement. It sets out rights and duties in relation to the connection at which the Customer’s Local Network Operator delivers electricity to, or accepts electricity from, the Customer.
