Common use of CONNECTIONS AND DELIVERY STATIONS Clause in Contracts

CONNECTIONS AND DELIVERY STATIONS. ‌ GRTgaz shall establish, operate and maintain the Delivery Stations and Connection Pipes in accordance with the Connection Contracts entered into with the Recipient(s) concerned at the Consumer Delivery Points and Transport Distribution Interface Points. Delivery by GRTgaz is provided on the condition that a Connection Contract has been signed with the Recipient. The obligations of GRTgaz specified in a Connection Contract are exclusively to the benefit of the Recipient, and do not give rise to any right to the benefit of the Shipper. GRTgaz shall be released from its delivery obligations under the terms of the Contract at a Consumer Delivery Point or Transport Distribution Interface Point in the event that the Connection Contract in respect of the said Delivery Point is not entered into, is suspended or is terminated, or that the Recipient concerned fails to comply with its obligations under the terms of the said Connection Contract. In the cases referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Shipper’s payment obligations under this Contract shall be reduced in accordance with the provisions set out in Section A.
