Connections & Utilities for the SFM Project. 6.4.1 The Facility Manager shall, from time to time, pay all the charges/ bills for the usage of all utilities and infrastructure facilities provided to them by the relevant Government Authority / third party provider (which shall, for avoidance of doubt include any connections, or utilities or infrastructure facilities in respect of the Station Area).
