Connectivity. Participant shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with Participant’s access to and use of the System and Services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Participant shall access the Services through the Nodal Site using Participant Technology. All such Participant Technology used to access the Services shall conform to any and all specifications therefor as Nodal may prescribe from time to time.
