Common use of Consecutive Day Limit Clause in Contracts

Consecutive Day Limit. No employee shall be required to work more than six (6) consecutive days, unless it has been mutually agreed. It is understood that there will not be any “available hours claim” involving a seventh (7th) or subsequent day of work.
