Consent / Approval required of the Landlord. 7.3.1 In the event that any consent or approval is required of the Landlord under any provision of this Agreement, such consent or approval may be given or withheld by the Landlord at its absolute discretion. If given, the consent or approval shall be in writing and on such terms and conditions as the Landlord shall at its absolute discretion deem fit to impose (including the payment of additional rent, fees and charges).
