Consent Requirements for Transfer. The Employer shall not transfer an Employee without her/his consent to a position which requires: (i) a fundamental change in her/his work schedule; (ii) a fundamental change in the nature of her/his work; (iii) a change in her/his classification; or (iv) travel of fifty (50) kms greater one way to her/his new worksite.
