Consent to Contact Agents and Employees. The Producer consents to the right of the Administrator and AAFC, and each of their respective agents and employees, to contact the Producer, or in the case of a producer who is a Corporation, Partnership, Cooperative, or Joint Venture, its employees, agents, shareholder, or members (as applicable) for purposes of evaluating and administering the Act.
